Gua Tempurung Cave Tour at Perak, Malaysia

Image
For those who are interested to go for the Gua Tempurung Cave Tour, for your information, the official website of Gua Tempurung (operated by APT Consortium Sdn Bhd) is actually out of date. I had difficulties trying to call in to book. But after numerous calls and resourcing, manage to connect to the main person-in-charge(PIC). Their current tour policy is that you don't need to call-in to book, but instead, the PIC advised us to come in early in the morning by 9am. You may double confirm with them through Whatsapp at the contact number below if you're unsure. Me and my partner was looking to go for the extreme tour (approx. 4 hours), so we arrived on time to make the payment and necessary preparation. After making the payment, the counter attendant will ask you to pass the ticket at the pink counter to confirm the tour package that you're going (as shown in the picture below) before choosing the head gears. Head gears are provided for free. The pink coun...

Budget Traveling in Cambodia

Image
On the 10th - 17th of May 2017, me and my family traveled to Cambodia and had visited 4 areas which includes Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. In total, we spent estimately less than RM 2k/per person which includes flight tickets, meals, accommodations, and transports. The price will differ if you're traveling solo or as a couple. Thus, it's sometimes more costs efficient if you travel in a group. Below are some of my traveling tips which I hope you'll find it useful if you plan to travel to Cambodia. The charges are stated below : USD $15 (Van) - 5pax and more USD $10 (Car) - 4pax or less We could hardly find any tuk tuk around this area, mainly because it's already dominated by their local taxi company, Tourist Transport Association for Siem Reap International Airport....

Hong Kong City Getaway : Jockey Club Mt.Davis Youth Hostel

Image
If you're a fan of nature, and wanna getaway from the hustle bustle of Hong Kong city centre, you may wanna give Jockey Club Mt.Davis Youth Hostel a try. Surrounded by trees and located near the open ocean, the scenery here is very beautiful, and peaceful especially at night. This place would serve as a meaningful getaway bonding session with friends or family. * * * As it lives up to its name, Jockey Club Mt.Davis Youth Hostel is situated on Hong Kong Island, at the top of the hill facing towards the ocean view. Occasionally, you may hear airplanes flying over as the Hong Kong International Airport is just opposite another island. Transportation However, getting up there from the city centre may be a challenge as there is very little transport service catered to this area. The estimated traveling time from Hong Kong island (Admiralty Station) and Hong Kong mainland (Mongkok Station) is around 15-20 minutes, and 30-40 minutes respectively depen...
